Senator Taylor moved that the following amendment to Amendment                 
No. 16 be adopted:                                                             
                                                                               
In Amendment No. 16:                                                           
                                                                               
Following right-of-way for the Perseverance Trail,:                            
	Delete which includes                                                         
	Insert  Mt. Roberts Trail, Sheep Creek Trail,                                 
                                                                               
Following to the City and Borough of Juneau, by:                               
	Delete April 1, 1998"                                                         
	Insert  October 1, 1997"                                                      
                                                                               
Following April 1, 1998":                                                      
	Delete , and that the City and Borough of Juneau and the                      
Department of Natural Resources, division of parks and outdoor                 
recreation, will continue discussions concerning transfer of ownership         
of the rights-of-way for the Mt. Roberts Trail and the Sheep Creek             
Trail.                                                                         
	Insert  .
